Monster Isle: The Throne by Deadpoolrus Monster Isle: The Throne by Deadpoolrus
The final Monster Island pic for :iconkaijulord21: , The Throne featuring Godzilla (hesei), Minilla (mellinium), King Cobra, Red King, Baragon, Anguirus (ummm showa?), Rodan (mellinium), Harryhausen cyclops, bearcroc (for funzies), and the Ferrucuttus. He wanted them to showing Godzilla respect or something but I don't think it fully got through in this one. Oh well, I've always considered my monsters to be the "I bow to no man" kind of creatures.

Dr. Yoshida
Journal Report:

Site Omega, the most populated (and most dangerous) island in the six island chains. Omega has been deemed ground zero of Monster Island being that it is the largest of the islands and has the most security detailing. This is largely due to the inhabitants of island, for despite out best efforts, most level 5 class monsters have decided to try and claim the island as their own. Extremely hectic the first few months of its opening, their were constant quarrels and fighting that the security forces were not initially ready for from the monsters moved to and those who traveled to the island from the others (possibly thinking it to be the mainland), it seemed that every monster from Red King to Kumonga wished to be the top predator of the entire island and their almost no way of truly stopping them. That was until Godzilla arrived.

Godzilla was the most reluctant to be moved to Monster Island and in truth no one knew how to get him their. Fortunately Minilla was a monster all to eager to follow anything out of curiosity and wherever Minilla went Godzilla was sure to follow. Once the two arrived, Godzilla immediately took action against those who attempted to make a meal out of his "son" and before anyone knew what was truly going on, most of the monsters on the island immediately became much more docile and much easier to handle and contain. No one truly knew the power Godzilla exhibited over others like him until seeing what he had done to monster island. Carving out the third largest mountain for himself and his spawn (it being the closest to the shore) most of the creatures attempt to stay out of his way when they can, though you can tell they still have lingering thoughts of considering attempting an attack on him, Red King especially who carries the most battle scars from his many bouts with the true king. Everyone can tell from the way he looks at Godzilla that the Red King doesn't enjoy being second fiddle to anyone. It probably doesn't help that Godzilla is not the only one who he has to regularly attend with.

Both Rodan and Anguirus also take up residence on the island and along with Godzilla they have been labeled The BIG Three. The three though rarely seen together at the same time have diffenetive power on the island and when either one or two are away, the others will pick up the slack to maintain equilibrium of Omega. One of the most fascinating part of this is their protection of Minilla. Many have wondered about why the "Miny Godzilla" has yet to fully mature into a full fledge monster king like his father. It has been nearly decades yet Minilla has remained the same size (though some believe it has fluxuated over the years) since his birth. Their are many theories running around some being as intriguing as his nondesire to feed on nuclear energy like his parent to others being that he is not truthfully a gojiran to begin with. Whatever the reason, it seems as though as long as he sticks close to Godzilla (or one of chaperones) he is relatively safe while on the island.

Last to mention are the samller residents of Site Omega, the cyclops. They have become quite comfortable while on the various islands they have been scattered to. Seeing as how they are a warrior-like species they seem to enjoy the thrills of being on islands populated by creatures many times their size. They have been observed combating many kaiju for sheer sport (King Cobra and bearcroc being just a few examples) and regularly hunt the various dinosaurs also inhabiting the island. However, their most treasured prize is Godzilla himself, who they not only acknowledge as the greatest creature to ever exsist, but also as the greatest of trophy to obtain. They have made many trips to the monster kings home but have never truely attempted anything rash against him, possibly out of fear of his wrath.

In the end, it seems that even though most monsters have been considered are destroyers, they can also be considered ours protectors. On monster island their is nothing that is truly capable of keeping them here, yet most have decided to stay and live out their lives in relative peace. And when something comes to our home towns and city ways they are their as well, ready to defend us as if it was their intention all along, then without any provocation silently return to their home here on the island. Maybe its just me, but the next time the Kilaaks or Simians or God forbid King Ghidorah comes to kill us in our cities, I won't be looking for the military. No, their is only one thing I know that can come rising from the horizon to save the day, GODZILLA KING OF THE MONSTERS.

It's very nice. I think it'd be a little more powerful if Godzilla was lower down closer to the center. Otherwise, very nice texture & shading.

I imagine something like this but it's Godzilla Junior rising to the throne while memories of his father's death wash away and once he finally reaches the top, he looks upon the monsters before him and then lets out a roar.

All bow before the one true god, Godzilla, king of the monsters lol, Red King wishes he had the stuff to fight Godzilla, he's big enough but doesn't hav nearly the fightingbstrength or regenerative powers to compete with the big 3
