Unrialdo of Time and Space

Threat Level: Planetary, potentially Universal
Warning: Due to Unrialdo's ability to manipulate space and time in only his immediate vicinity has been deemed only a planetary threat. However due to rumors of a planet being completely annihilated by this power he has been upgraded to being potentially Universal in threat to other lifeforms
Containment Procedure/Methods: No known methods exists of a way of containing and/or neutralizing the entity known as Unrialdo. Best recourse of action is disuasion rather than attack

Bio:
Within the known universe there is nothing more unwavering then time. Time is a force of function that keeps everything in motion and without it their would be no past, present, or future, nor a beginning or end. Nothing escapes time, even the universe itself must follow its law and order. But time itself is not without its turmoil’s, there are moments in which even time and space bends and shifts thus devastation is formed. For this reason Unrialdo was born, the mender of time and space.
Unrialdo is a being rarely witnessed by others. However when he is, it is only a matter of time before great disaster strikes. Unrialdo’s mere presence is usually seen as chaotic for even though he is the healer of time, he is also a manipulator of it as well and many intellectual creatures have attempted to lure him away from their planet if he were to visit them. These are nothing more than interferences to his duties however and he will usually ignore such things until he is able to ‘fix’ the anomaly or if he is outright attacked.
But Unrialdo is not just a deity of time; he is also its chronicler. There are moments within history that are of great importance, moments that were so catastrophic that it must be recorded for future reference to ensure they do not occur again. These are times when usually Unrialdo is either forced to resolve the matter himself or made to watch the occurrence unfold.
Being a creation of time, Unrialdo has many abilities unique to him that have left many beings baffled as to the way he is able to accomplish them. For one, Unrialdo is able to manipulate time itself in areas he is in and is capable of aging and de-aging objects both organic and inorganic. Another of his great abilities is his ability to teleport from one place to another instantaneously, this is an ability that has been long sought after for intergalactic travel, but because it causes a temporal shift in time and space, any being that has ever come close to harnessing it has immediately become a target of Unrialdo.
Finally, Unrialdo’s most intriguing (and powerful) power is his ability to fast-forward, slowdown, or even stop time in his immediate area, this power however is a great strain to Unrialdo’s body and it is something he appears to loath to do. Though these abilities may be seen as a conundrum to creatures able to comprehend his function since many of which actually disturb the fabric of reality, there are great limits set against him to ensure he does not also destroy time with its usage and many of his powers usually fade or are active for only a few seconds at a time.
However like many things nothing is truly certain, there are stories and rumors of a planet whose inhabitants were once able to match Unrialdo’s time manipulating powers and when they attempted to challenge him for the right to harness it, witnessed Unrialdo’s full wrath. Their planet is now said to be trapped in an unending loop of time, forced to forever complete the same tasks over and over again until Unrialdo feels they have seen the foully of their crime.
Abilities/Aspects:
- Capable of manipulating time, though limited to only his immediate vicinity
- Wings capable of producing powerful hurricanes
- Resistant to most forms of conventional weaponry
- Can stop time completely with a powerful roar (limited to only a few seconds at a time)
- Rewinding time is a great strain to his body to perform
- Vast teleportation capabilities
- Capable of aging and de-aging objects both organic and inorganic through touch
- Agile Flyer

Was able to finish this today and felt like uploading it, the third god of the universe Unrialdo. Its rare to see a giant monster with time manipulation powers but it would be a cool one to see sense it could cause such wonderful destruction in such little time with it. Like the other two his design is based on something that has nothing to do with his powers or role, guess what it is and win my affection.

A time manipulator, now that is a neat concept. This guy gives a lot of good thematic vibe's for time, the horns that spiral and grow, the almost owl like face, and all that stuff. 
The only one of my Seven that would consider his ire would be Secenscion, he does possess the ability to progress evolution millions of years in moments, a power that could be deadly if misused. Lucky for earth he's extremely lazy. There are moments in time where beings he creates while dreaming become abominations the rest of the Seven must deal with, so Unrialdo would definitely at least keep an eye on him should he near earth.
